Download task

This is a simple download tool and includes size estimation and handles check on existing files. It fetches all files in an order and is capable of naming files and extension as needed from the overall files index.

appeears download -h
usage: appeears download [-h] --tid TID --dest DEST

optional arguments:
  -h, --help   show this help message and exit

Required named arguments.:
  --tid TID    Task ID to download
  --dest DEST  Full path to destination directory
