Jupyter Notebook Setup

The python environment is not designed to be as visually effective and interactive as the code editor and the javascript environment. Howeever it is possible to replicate a lot of these scripts along with getting visual outputs within a jupyter notebook. This notebook is the primer and added as a default to setting up the jupyter notebook and to get earthengine-api intialized for use with python setup.
